The intelligent chatbot eCurator, implemented as a Telegram bot, is an interactive constructor designed to address social issues and provide digital support to university students.
The intelligence of the eCurator chatbot lies in its ability to function as an intelligent constructor of digital solutions for both typical and complex social requests from university students. The foundation of its intelligence is based on the use of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to analyze user queries and generate relevant responses, as well as the use of an expandable knowledge base organized by thematic sections.
The system supports adaptive interaction scenarios: the bot clarifies user input, personalizes responses depending on the user’s status and chosen language (Kazakh, Russian, or English), and provides round-the-clock access to information. Administration is carried out through the SmartENU module, which allows for quick updates to the knowledge base, addition of new topics, and analysis of user query statistics, making the system self-learning.
Thus, eCurator combines the features of an intelligent agent, digital assistant, and analytical tool, contributing to automation, scalability, and improved quality of digital student support.
