ENU held a demo-day for its teachers

The Eurasian National University hosted a Demo Day for teachers as part of the Digitalization Day. The goal is to inspire teachers to effectively use modern digital solutions, show technologies for improving the quality of education and developing a creative approach. The meeting was organized by the Digital Development Department.
Gulmira Bekmanova, ENU Vice Rector for Digitalization, emphasized the importance of developing digital competencies in education and presented the capabilities of the Microsoft Mesh platform:
"Mesh is an innovative platform for creating immersive 3D virtual spaces. It allows teachers and students, regardless of their physical location, to work together in a single digital environment using avatars, interactive objects and virtual classrooms.
Today, the rapid development of artificial intelligence poses important questions for humanity: "Can AI completely replace humans?”
Even if artificial intelligence does not completely replace human labor, a specialist who knows how to use technology effectively will always be ahead of those who do not own it. Therefore, it is extremely important to be able to use the tools of digitalization.
Digitalization is not about replacing a person, but about empowering them. Events such as the Demo Day help teachers discover new technological opportunities and gain momentum for professional growth," Vice Rector said.
The participants got acquainted with digital tools for organizing the educational process.
The teachers highly appreciated the benefits of the services and expressed interest in further mastering digital technologies. The Demo-day demonstrated that artificial intelligence technologies open up new horizons in education, scientific research and the creation of educational content.
The Eurasian National University will continue the ENU Digital University strategy by developing digital solutions and improving the innovative educational environment.
